You may have already made a booking but I can recommend bocca di lupo on archer st, always good.
In between Pimlico and Victoria is cacio e pepe, which I took the missus too for an anniversary dinner, on the intimate side, but that’s no bad thing on a date night.
Was a couple of years ago but I have good memories..
