Understood. Based on what I've seen of their "work" so far, I think the tech stuff can wait until they are a bit further along and it isn't just a flash in the pan phase. Although, no doubt there's something to be said for having the right kit even starting out to encourage results....their birthday is in February, so we'll see how they go...

Can't stress enough how important it is to have the paper marker compliant. They won't be any good on ordinary paper.
ETA - If you draw a line using a marker on ordinary paper, it'll bloom and bleed. The line will not have a crisp, even edge.
