Markers will probably be Letraset Pantone markers. Spendy tho but.
ETA - Paper suitable for the same is your friend.
ETfA - If you are in London, London Graphics in Covent Garden are your friend - for the paper, at least.
ETefA - Doesn't look like Letraset do these any more - However Winsor & Newton do. -
My daughter has the Windsor & Newton markers which she rates; Copic are apparently even better but mega-spendy

My nephew is really into making comics, he's 9. And just uses pencils and crayons. Can anyone recommend a decent upgrade for him pen or marker wise...?
