Open them up - is it the same quartz movement? If so, date wheels are attached, hand transplant is fairly simple if they’re the same size.
if not… no.

The day/date holes look to be very different sizes, and locations.
I suspect either set of wheels in the other face will look terribly wrong.

Can check the spec for them here:
It usually has a service manual for the older movements so can see how to strip them back. A good resource.

Does anyone know if I’d have a fighting chance of a successful movement transplant between these? Modern donor into the old case? I’d want the old hands and ideally the date wheel(s)
Tell me I’m mad to consider it.. I just have a soft spot for the old version (struggle to find these that are still running) and the modern version is not doing it for me.
