I don't know if it would maybe be sensible to consider a 3/4 size guitar depending on how big she is? I think I switched from 3/4 to full size at around that age. Advice here: https://www.thomann.de/blog/en/guitars-for-kids-according-to-age-and-height/

I’d recommend giving a few shops a call Andertons (Guildford), guitarguitar (Epsom and Camden) and absolute music (Bournemouth). Merge all their advice together and you’ll get a great idea. You could also seek advice from the teacher, they may have experience or some gear to try.

I know nothing about guitars so would be grateful for some advice. My 11yo did acoustic lessons for a couple of years but gave up in lockdown because she hated doing them remotely. She wants to start again, we are in the process of finding her a new teacher and she has an acoustic guitar, but she is getting into bands and I'd like to get her an electric guitar for Xmas. Any reason why this starter pack would be a bad idea?
