Who in London can I get feet for the bullit kickstand from? (B&Q didn’t have those universal feet)

Put big penny washers in bottom of feet before attaching to bullitt.
Protects plastic foot from being pushed through by tube.
And if you've worn the metal tubes down add more washers to get back to correct height.
