I have a pair of Houdini Dunfri mittens, I layer them with some Grib Grab cycling specific ones on the bike when it gets cold.
I do not wear the mittens all the time on the bike, I just pop them on for a couple mins. Everything warms up and just roll them back up and put them in a jersey pocket.I think you need to look into that direction as it feels a "Zoa-esque" approach to things. ;)
- I actually have 2 pairs of the mittens and the shell for wet instances. Use the mittens on a day to day basis, they are fantastic. I have some other Houdini stuff and really rate it all, nice products and company ethos.

I have Reynauds, so a lot of personal interest here! From previous experience it takes a lot to make good gloves, and everyone has a strong opinion about them, so I'm a little reluctant to grasp that nettle just yet.
