Are you thinking of Nick Mankey? He makes single piece Erika’s MN type straps but with a different arrangement so there’s no strap under the watch head.

Someone a while back posted a link to a guy in the US that makes really nice two piece NATO-type straps, anyone know what I'm talking about? Been digging through the thread for ages but can't find it. Would like to try a NATO strap on the Pelagos but can't be adding ANY thickness to Chonkosaurus!
