450 is high for a retromtb to a 30-50 year old with 10k hours in arguing about tyres sizes, but having had a partner buy one of @lt 's last builds and given it the eyeball and a skid, the fit, finish and tuning of the set up is better than any of the 3440930493 used bikes i've bought in my years
not worth anything to people who spend their weekends in a tool bag, but is quite re-assuring to the non bike person, £450 for the custom paint and a skilled mechanic to essentially give you a shop floor bike which looks and rides better than a halfords special seems fine
not like lt is some transient bst grifter
