Do you want some littles advices or do you already see how to VMBzed that beautiful neoretro bike ?

I'm not familiar with the exact concept of VMB bikes. So advices are more than welcome of course. I build that bike gathering parts that i've always liked, my goal was to ride my dream bike and keep a clean look.

Drill the chain rings in a second time

Get a Colnago pantograph stem, ideally one with his signature to match the decal.
A pantograph seatpost too.
Colnago really set the standard for engraving parts.

Silver pads, i agree, for now i used some i already had and sadly they were black..
Cut the cables, how did i not do that already 😅
BDHU.. i was not familiar with this at all. Seems to be a real issue amongst purists. Is it a ergonomics/fit issue ?
I read the first post but it is quite difficult to understand the concept fully. Seems to be very subtil.
Drill the chain ring ? No way :) i don't like the look at all, just personnal taste..

I'm curious, are the nitto stem / bars, ritchey seatpost and fabric saddle an issue to be 100% VMB ?

Ritchey seatpost is nicely sliver but the top look a bit too modern for the VMB approuved stamp : )
