Well, turns out it was a thing for people posting covid misinformation and stop the steal election lies...

I think it was a lot broader than that but my issue isn't with it, it makes sense you reduce amplification for people posting misinformation, the bigger issue is Twitter exec's continuously said it isn't a policy and doesn't happen. All that lack of transparency does is fuel the nut jobs and conspiracy theorists.
