I've decided my aching joints and muscles need gears and a freewheel so this is up for sale.
The lights front and back work well and are powered by the hub. Rear light is a standlight ie it stays lit when you stop at the lights.
Frame is in good condition (most marks in the picture are diet) and a large.
Panaracer tyres are new and super tough.
I'd like £700. Appreciate it's on the high side for any fixed/ss but a) the steamroller frame and fork is one of the best b) the lighting set up is good quality and an excellent addition for a commuting bike.
To sweeten the deal, for that price I will throw in a pair of excellent, rigid, hammered metal mudguards that I took off the bike but were chosen especially for this bike by Brixton cycles.
Guards are off but I have included a photo of the bike with them on. I hope you agree they look pretty.
Not minded to take offers. I'm losing a fair bit of money on this and would rather move dyno hub and lighting to my road bike than reduce the price.
I think it's a pretty lovely machine and worth the price but the market will decide!
If there's interest I'll post more photos.
