The Hilti premium 1mm disc last and cut pretty well. They also don’t tend to explode when they get pinched, unlike some of the cheaper ones out there. Not that I’ve had experience of that you understand.

Shit in what way? Don't last long, slow to cut or fragile?
How thick are the ones you're using? Are you using the leading edge or the bottom of the disc to cut?

What sort of angle grinder cutting disc do I need to cut through bike locks? I promise it's not dodgy, I work for a bike subscription company and occasionally one of our locks will get seized whilst a bike is locked up. The current angle grinder discs we have are shit
