If I gave any fucks, I'd have fitted them, loosened them off and trimmed them properly. As it was, I hate mudguards and I'm lazy so I just used sidecutters or similar to cut them off as close as I could. Turns out it wasn't close enough and my missus probably has a scar on her legs to show my lazy mudguard handiwork. Mind you, if she did it herself...
and I agree about the silly looking plugs.

Trim the stays for mudguards you have, not mudguards you want.

Don't get it, this is what I've always done. Used Berthoud, Honjo, SKS, whatever, trimmed to fit.

These are the old style one, maybe still in chromoplastics but not blumels. I don't use either on my bike. If I'm fitting them to someone else's I'll trim the stays right down if there's no room for bigger tyres, if there is then I'll leave some wiggle room and use the little covers. I haz spares if anyone wants them.

Seems like the microSD card on my phone might be corrupted.
Internet says it's recoverable with sofwares.
Anyone here has successfully recovered data from one?

I had some success with this years ago. I guess it depends if your card has died or become corrupt as to whether or not you stand any chance of recovering anything.

I made a quiz ages ago, back in lockdown times, which was never used, and we are using it this weekend.
There are a bunch of geographyish questions, based on 10 countries, with a bonus on how they are linked.
I cannot remember how they are linked though - any ideas?

Worst comes to worst I’ve a set of 32c marathons I can swap on, just wanted maximum comfort tbh. I’ll probably avoid the cycle in the worst weather anyway, but reckon these will do pretty well.
