These are the old style one, maybe still in chromoplastics but not blumels. I don't use either on my bike. If I'm fitting them to someone else's I'll trim the stays right down if there's no room for bigger tyres, if there is then I'll leave some wiggle room and use the little covers. I haz spares if anyone wants them.

Worst comes to worst I’ve a set of 32c marathons I can swap on, just wanted maximum comfort tbh. I’ll probably avoid the cycle in the worst weather anyway, but reckon these will do pretty well.
Tonight I’ll tackle the rear.
