WTD: Rear track wheel, SPDs, bar tape

After the following:

• 120mm 700c rear track wheel, ideally with braking surface. Something cheapish but not super budget - will be paired with an Aksium front, so similar in terms of weight/quality.
  
• 15t track sprocket for the above.
  
• SPDs - ideally M540
  
• Bar tape, new

What are you after for each?

Ragleys are second from right. Very nice bend ,maybe 25 deg. Hard to find the specs.

£15 for them.

Salsa is £30.

Not trying to jump a queue but I'd be keen on the Ragleys if nobody else takes them!

Ragleys look to be just what I'm after (sorry @ltc!) - will DM.
