This is an 18" Peugeot pseudo 'racer' which might appeal to some one.
You will see in the photo (at the bottom of this post) that the powder coating is cracking at the top of the fork blades. This may or may not be superficial - I haven't investigated because my grand daughter rejected it in favour of an ancient single speed.
If anyone thinks it's worth trying the thing to do would be to clean the powder off and examine the metal of the blades to see if there's any sign of cracking. Alternatively find new forks or use it for spares - the ali rimmed 22" wheels might be useful to some one.
No one should ride this bike until the fork problem is resolved
