Eurosport Player promotion 1 year = £20

Not sure if it's because I use an ad blocker (uBlock Origin) but I can't spot ads on Discovery. Where/ when are you seeing them?

There are plenty of advert free streams on discovery+ (including CX). look for the feeds which aren’t labelled E1 or E2.

Highlights shows do have adverts, those programs are the show that are ‘live’ on E1 or E2. For cx, the 1hr highlights show is basically just the same as the full show but with less pre and post race waffle. They don’t actually pick out highlight much.

Does anyone know If one buys GCN+ membership via the app, can you also use the web player (and vice versa)? The app seems to get less than favourable reviews for actually finding live races…

I can't remember now if I subscribed via the app or on the web. But I can definitely use both the app and the web player.

I used the phone app in Paris to get live English commentary while they whizzed around and mostly use the web player to watch racing. I really need to ditch my Tivo, especially now they're hiking prices and Eurosport are going.

A monthly pass for either GCN or Eurosport/Disney+ is the same amount. Which is the 'better' of the two? It'll be mainly for the classics session (and maybe the Giro if Quest don't have it on TV).

Eurosport has just taken £39.99 from me for a service that no longer exists. Anyone else had this?
No notification email. Just seen on cc statement.

Mine's still working, have paid for it too, not sure what's going on! Presume they'll tell me when it stops..
