Idk if Remixs are frowned upon here, but does anyone have any good Original Nuttah remixes or alt versions?
Equally happy with versions shabba or skibba MCing over the top.

I only really like this mix, which is just the vocal over Bambaata. It’s tuff tho 🤘

Jumping in here put of context but searched and I don't think this has been posted before:
AWOL set from 1995 that i keep coming back to, especially Dis Sound Ruff around 31 mins, drop is mad. Managed to pick up a CD of it on ebay too, they're out there!
More recently found this, its a bit frantic but the mix of Valley of the Shadows towards the end makes up for it

That AWOL Live set is for the ages. It’s also released on unmixed vinyl to get all the tracks individually. Dis Sound Ruff is a great track. Really love the second break of the Touch My Toes VIP.
You might dig this bootleg mix of VotS:

Orca LP arrived today, Royal Mail managed to destroy the packaging which also damaged the cover. The vinyl is intact.
Deep Jungle were very quick to respond and are going to send a new sleeve when they arrive in January.
Impressive customer service.

Oh no, but yeah, they’re good like that. Sent me out the correct order for a wrong one before I’d returned it. How’s it sounding?

Only had a quick listen on the BC app, haven't listened to the vinyl. There were a couple of really great tracks that stood out. Will hopefully sit down and have a proper listen over the weekend. Didn't realise it was a triple vinyl release when I bought it.

AWOL
Genuinely the first CD I owned, mate bought it for me when I had a long commute and I got a Discman.
Only the notes and 1 CD seem to have survived.

PS sync this with the first AWOL track :)

Massive coincidence, the book I am reading mentioned AWOL and ministry of sound in the part I read last night!

That's really cool - my AWOL live is only single disc, second CD unmixed I'm guessing?
I was too young to enjoy it first time around (8 in 95) but when I went to high school I got introduced to drum & bass then jungle, borrowing CDs and finding stuff tucked away in Virgin and MVC!
First D&B/jungle album I owned was this... might have to hunt a copy down:

Pretty sure that the AWOL Live on CD is just one CD, mixed: https://www.discogs.com/release/41209-Various-AWOL-A-Way-Of-Life-Live
May as well plug a couple of my mixes you might dig!

Well I assumed it was 2CD because the one disc I have is labelled "CD1".
At least it means I haven't lost one. :)

Thanks very much - my morning and afternoon sorted! Enjoying the Disc 1... of 1 labelling too :)
Tenuously linked to the hosting site there, my 3 year old daughter has recently started using "Hear this..." to kick off a sentence. I keep waiting for her to drop a tune but alas, more info about Paw Patrol
