Even without the cobwebs and a decent photo it wouldn’t be worth half what your friend suggested

It could be quite a nice tourer (certainly quite unusual, in a good way), but we do need a couple of pictures of the whole bike, the size also, and then it might be worth asking for a better price appraisal

If you really want to sell the bike then perhaps you should consider adding some basic information such frame size and location. A full shot of the bike would be helpful, too. Even better if it is in focus unlike one of the ones above.

If you need a UCI sanctioned messenger, then I'm afraid this will take longer as I personally have only done Deliveroo, have no tats and was never on Moving Target.
