You'd need highly specialised equipment, but yes. In theory.
A 12 litre tank at 20 bar holds around 2300 litres of air.
Everything else after that is about how smoky you want it to be. How many litres in a 25cm bong hit? 2? So 1150 bong hits? 1000 for rounding down?
Plus equipment, etc Probably prohibitively expensive.
