You can still get Panaracer Paselas in 27 x 1" new from Fawkes cycles.

I've got a pair of Conti TourRides in 27x 1 1/8" that I'm happy to pass on if they'd be any good.

Apologies @saxby's they actually are 27 x 1 1/4" although they come up narrower than the same size Paselas. To be honest can't recommend them and posting them would be an arseache. The Paselas are so much better that I'd say just invest in some of those of the right size.
