Lower wattage?
Afaik mA is milliamps which is power draw.
Light is measured in Lumens which usually coincides with watts, unless we're talking LEDs.
Is there a Lumens rating on the box? -
240A x 0.192A gives ~ 45W which sounds reasonable for a lightbulb (non-LED) so half that I'd guess (be aware there's a reasonable chance of some significant flaw in my workings).

Looks like a 45W Compact Fluorescent Lamp (CFL) which will be about 2800 lumens. You want half that, probably in some sort of LED.
