it’s a bit weird round there one minute it was all detatched houses and mock tudor cricket pavilions then i was wondering if i was about to be bikejacked for my brompton by the river.
worth it for saving 2k though which will help pay for something else, tempted to shift some wedge to getting the floors sanded by a pro rather than hiring the sander.

There's plenty of sourdough in catford. Not so much in bellingham although the pub's alright.
