I've just sold one and the buyer has an additional information box (something I've never seen before) :-
I'm sorry to have to add these comments but I have received too many LPs recently that do not match the advertised grading (some by a log shot!).
This is not personal - it is just as much help for you as it is for me.
This item is being purchased based upon the grading you have submitted.
Please note that on arrival it will be inspected under strong light and if it meets the visual grading I will then play it. If the discs do not look or play to grade the item will be returned at your cost.
Therefore if you feel this is not up to the grading you are suggesting please pull out of this transaction and refund my money.
I hope it is up to the grading you have suggested and we can both be winners :-)

I've just written back that for £5.50 (which is what I get after fees, packaging and postage) I'm not interested in taking the test.
