Wippermann 1z1 or KMC B1RB are the optimum, but if you want to go even cheaper this Decathlon branded chain is a KMC S1RB in a different box and is fine too.
Just search your favourite retail platform for whatever is at the biggest discount, and try not to be fussy about the colour if you're going for the absolute minimum outlay. Again, Decathlon might be your friend with their house brand EVA tape for a fiver
