has anyone successfully used an adaptor to run a 15mm SON dynamo hub on 12mm fork?

I have a 12mm SON with an adapter for 9mm QR. I imagine it works the same for 15 to 12mm.

Edit: or maybe it's not so easy, they don't sell the 15-12mm adapter themselves and this it what it says on the HALO website for their adapter.
