I have a 12mm SON with an adapter for 9mm QR. I imagine it works the same for 15 to 12mm.
Edit: or maybe it's not so easy, they don't sell the 15-12mm adapter themselves and this it what it says on the HALO website for their adapter.

I don't recall if it was on here, but someone mentioned that your fork needs to have a dropout interface with enough room/face for the 15mm axle.
