Yeah, super weird behaviour. @amey was that uphill stretch on Brenchley Gardens, where they've put in those daft pinch point crossing things :/ Had previously been riding on the pavement to avoid this exact situation. Driver was in a column of traffic, absolutely nothing to gain with the overtake. Possibility they were on their phone, b/c vid shows them clutching a phone with lit screen when they've got out and started running at me.
