Standard brake reply is Tektro R559 unless you want to do a little filing on Shimano R451 (47-57mm). SJS has Arch ? Calipers that max out at 60mm.

Best budget 1/8 chain for road use?
Wippermann 1z1 or KMC B1RB are the optimum, but if you want to go even cheaper this Decathlon branded chain is a KMC S1RB in a different box and is fine too.
Best budget bartape?
Just search your favourite retail platform for whatever is at the biggest discount, and try not to be fussy about the colour if you're going for the absolute minimum outlay. Again, Decathlon might be your friend with their house brand EVA tape for a fiver
