You are within acceptable angles for sure. Red line is where I feel you are and green is where I sense the horisontal line is. I'd aim to make the bottom part of the bars horisontal and then move the hoods up to where they are currently sitting in "space". It is easier to judge if we can actually see a horisontal line tho
