You have a Holtek HT6042 encoder on the coding board next to the DIP switches, the encoder in the remote should ideally be the complementary Holtek chip from the 318 series.
The package marked X1 on the main board is the RF oscillator crystal which determines the carrier frequency, you need to look at the label on that can to see what frequency you're dealing with.

TL, DR; get a whole new system, it will be easier and probably cheaper.
