Thanks, I should have looked up the police page instead of just squinting at the Standard's bad write-up. Unfortunately (broken record time), reporting of collisions has declined significantly since the Standard let so many staff go during the pandemic, and most of the reports I've seen this year have just been edits of the police appeals. I really hope that changes again.
A witness appeal about an incident in which luckily the rider wasn't badly injured, although inevitably bruised and battered:

It happened around 6:15pm on the 8th November.
The only set of traffic lights in Endymion Road is that outside the entrance to Finsbury Park (as pictured to accompany the article), so it seems to have happened there, and as it was the evening peak hour, most likely northbound in the direction of Wightman Road/Green Lanes. It doesn't sound as if it happened near the junction with Green Lanes.
Hope the rider can get over the shock and the driver be found.
