I used 100k in my Lyrik with smashpot and it’s been fine. This will be the first winter with it but don’t expect there to be any issues.
I also use EXT EV68S fork lube on the stanchions and makes a notable difference. I paid something stupid like £20 for a tiny bottle. A bit of googling shows that the EXT lube is most likely just a slideway 68 lube that you can buy at about £12 per litre.
I know what I’m buying when the tiny bottle runs out.

Reminds me I should probably get my SID its first service. Also reminds me I should maybe drop the pressure since I never bottom it out since it's basically a 29er gravel bike...
