I used 100k in my Lyrik with smashpot and it’s been fine. This will be the first winter with it but don’t expect there to be any issues.
I also use EXT EV68S fork lube on the stanchions and makes a notable difference. I paid something stupid like £20 for a tiny bottle. A bit of googling shows that the EXT lube is most likely just a slideway 68 lube that you can buy at about £12 per litre.
I know what I’m buying when the tiny bottle runs out.

Yeah I got a bit more sag and movement. Runs really nice. I've using it in low single digits and seems fine. Used it below that too and can't say I noticed, but wasn't pushing them.
