No, but shimano BBs are JIS. I'm happy to fix up most things, but cartridge BBs you may as well just get a new shimano one in that'll do the job for years, the fixed cups aren't really designed to be removed or refitted and you're not gaining anything from saving the sugino and might end up fucking it up and need a new one anyway.

I bought a very neglected bike and I´m servicing every single bit of it, just to learn and also to not waste. I know that probably the time I´m putting into it it´s ten times the cost of replacing it but I love repairing.
I think I´m actually going to try and clean and regrease the bearings, I´ll get a new set if I can´t and will replace it as the last option.

SKF 6002RS are 3GBP a pop.
Go ahead if you have a bearing drift/puller.
I've refurbed a few Campag cartridge BBs, 10min job.
It's fascinating folks still don't think twice before throwing shit away in 2022.
