Yeah, putting in some shifts before then but it’s easier knowing the beginning of the end is in sight!
It’s taken a bit of ingenuity and some head scratching but it’s also saved us a fortune between those bits and the new big light fixtures (I saw a much more professional looking one with the staves for £700 a light!!).
@EejitCheers, I really like it and think the braided cables really help! We’d been trying to pick a colour for cable for months but feel the natural look has ended up nicer.
Couldn’t be happier with the big lights. The sparky attached a plug to one of the light wires so we could run some power to them as early morning and late night are too dark now to do some of the more fiddly work or just by job lights.

Next Wednesday!!! Super exciting. You’ve done such a great job of making it personal and using what you’ve found and like (the wood under the sink, the skylight frames for the boot room seat.
