Yeah the uniqlo down parka ive got is perfect for autumn dog walks (glasgow) but once it gets into winter and the usual scottish weather i need to layer it up, or just go for a proper parka.
Ive had a carhartt anchorage for 10+ years and its served me well though again it's lost a bit of its warmth. It's taken some punishment tbf. Seems a few places still got them in stock, and some second hand ones as well with a quick google. Another belter I got was a pea coat from silvermans that was linked on here, think it was £150 or something. Superb bit of clobber, and still as good as new. Again was at least 10 years ago.
Last year I got a holubar deer hunter - had some chat on here about it - and would also recommend. Such nice quality and very warm.

Actually ideal for any aforementioned dog walks with those pockets for bags and treats.

Are these real prices? I can't tell truth from fiction here.
Anyway, too small for me, it's in hackney central size 40 csb

Some brands make special low spec products just for TK maxx and outlet stores.

Does anyone want some free Clarks Desert Boots? Beeswax uk10. They're probably 10 years old, but I never really got on with them so they're in decent nick (imo), just dusty and stiff. Would probably clean up well with a bit of love.

i'd be more than happy to send you money to cover postage if you're willing!
completely understand if you'd rather wait for anyone that can pick them up locally mind. -
• #4542
Hmm to be honest I'd be more comfortable with someone seeing them in person before taking them, so I'll give preference to someone who could pick them up in East London first.

Big Lebowski inspired jumper for people like me who’ve wanted one for years but not at Pendleton prices. It’s really nice in the flesh.

Are their any more specific places to flog old schmutter than eBay?
-

Depends what brand/what kinda clothing. I've had lots of success on Grailed. And have sold more niche denim stuff on forums like Superfuture.

Vestiaire Collective is terrible but it does sell my Prada.

Did a few charity shops today and there’s a pair of mint resolute 710s in 36/36 in the Mary’s living and giving on primrose hill for £40. Gutted they weren’t my size.
Also a pair of the 501XX in 32
Where does the demand stop then?
It’s pointless really, as I said upthread, I’m just here to watch the world burn.
