I'm disappointed that:

a) a colleague has organised a WC sweepstake; and
b) there's huge uptake.

we've done one, but with money going to an as-yet undecided human rights charity.

That's a decent touch.

I've just been asked where I'm watching today's match (small talk in a line managers' meeting).

"I won't go into it on this call, but this is where I draw the line" which was met with "I know where you're coming from..."

Don't bloody watch it then.
