I just noticed Lis is a contemporary russian framebuilder...
I speak of the new zeeland guy who collects pursuit and tt bikes from the southern hemisphere. He usually pictures his bikes on his front lawn. I cannot seem to find him on anymore on social media ¯_ (ツ)_/¯
