I have the no date sub but the GMT has the cyclops and I don't get the hate. Have you spent much time wearing Rolex?

None. I’m not hating at all. I’d happily own a no date sub variant and my attainable grail is easily a 1675/16710.

A date and cyclops makes a lot of sense on a GMT when it’s designed for globe trotting. Just not on a sub IMO.

I'm going to have to agree with you since that's the decision I made 15 years ago and I've been happy with it. 😁

The cyclops can seem like more of a thing when you look at pictures of the watch, it doesn't make much impression on me when I'm wearing it.
