Why not get the serial and ask Condor?

Cheers Tim. Just done that. I was put off by the note on their site about not having records pre 2009
Fingers crossed -

Condor think it's their's. But now I'm not too sure. The GS Racing was off the peg, and they weren't pantographed. On top of that the ones I've seen look the same.
But mine has a riveted plastic cable guide under the bb, not very Condor like.
Though if the cheaper off the peg 531 Condors were farmed out, then maybe an Autostrada built bike.
If I can't identify it, I'm going to badge it as a Birds of Colindale. It's the shop that got me Racing back in the 70s. I know he bought batches of frames in, he certainly didn't build. -

If Condor think it's theirs cant they give you more info on the serial number?

Some pictures here. the top eyes are scalloped. The stay ends are also scalloped, as opposed to rounded off. Also the drive side inner stays are deeply scalloped (word of the day!) The BB is stamped 9030 also stamped on the steerer tube. And finally the Allez drop outs.
The Condor site says year first, then production number. Also Condor pantographing was on top models or custom requests. The concave eyes and Allez ends are found on a few off the peg Condors of that time.
Maybe it's the powder coat that makes it look tacky?

The Condor site says year first, then production number
You can dismiss this as being 100% accurate, mine is production number first then year. Might be worth messaging Dave Yates, not sure exact dates he was building for Condor but could be one of his.
I can get a frame, seems just what I'm after. Though it's been re painted and its identity lost.
It's thought to be a late 80's early 90's Condor. If so it's almost certainly a GS Racing (I've seen three identical on the net)
Condor state that the numbers for that time are four digit with the year first. This one is indeed four digit and starts 90--
So the million dollar question is, does anyone have an off the peg Condor of that age or that bike? to help me pin it down.
It has Italia lugs, Allez drop outs (seen on two confirmed Condors that look the same) and the simple age correct four digit style serial number.
Thank you
