• By hard reset do you mean a factory reset, requiring you to reinstall updates and re-pair with the app? I’d get rid of all existing maps and begin again with the smallest possible map, e.g. just England if that’s where you are.
    If so I can only suggest asking Wahoo support - they are reasonably quick to respond.

    Went for a ride last week with 3 bolt users…all had the same problem. I suppose if the original product works so well that nobody buys new products from them, Wahoo has to find a way to break the old product
