Specs updated too.

Ooo this is pretty nice. What are the widest tyres you could fit on this (if you ignored the mudguards)?

Probably a 30 knobby or 33 semi slick in 700c. I did originally have it set up 650b and with those wheels it would take a 650x42 knobby tire I reckon, though I never did that, I ran it with 650x38 slicks.

This was sold with 650b wheels originally wasn’t it? Trip down memory Lane

Years back, yeah!
I'm keen to keep it in the forum community tbh. If it's not sold soon it will have to take a trip to eBay though

Potentially interested, a minor point, isn't the thru axle 15mm on the front?

Interestingly, yes it would appear it is. Thanks, I never actually checked...

Sold.
I bought this off here about 5 years ago and it has served me very well in that time as a short-distance commuter and winter bike. I am keen to sell this off quickly as I need the cash. I really don't wanna let it go but them's the breaks...
Pictures are here.
Frame: Saracen Avro (2015) with threaded bottom bracket and 15mm front/12x142mm rear thruaxles.
Wheels: Alexrims CXD26 with Shimano/Sram 11s freehub and 6-bolt disc mounts.
Tyres: Clement Strada LGG 25mm
Gearset: 11 speed 105 5800, run as a 1x system with a GRX600 crankset (40T). NB. The left shifter has a cable snapped off in it. Completely repairable but worth noting.
Brakes: TRP HY/RD front and rear with Nukeproof pads (need replacing) and shimano non-series rotors.
Stem: Syncros 110mm -6degree Aluminium
Bars: Ritchey Neoclassic 42cm
Seatpost: Brand-X
Saddle: Kore (Saracen own brand) I was planning to change it out but found it perfectly comfortable.
Mudguards: Radial 30mm Mudguards - I have comfortably fitted over the 25c tyres with plenty of clearance for snowy riding etc.
2x radial plastic bottle cages.
No pedals are included.
It is worth noting that there is cosmetic damage to the frame and forks, minor paint chips etc commensurate with being a winter bike for 5+ years. It is however in great working order (bar needing new brake pads) and would make a fine fast winter/audax bike. I'm gonna miss it.
Cash on collection or bank transfer.
