Nah these were fancy high end maxxterra 4k HDR etc etc in 2019. I found a few other folk on the internets saying they had experienced similar with maxxis tyres. It was such a small amount coming through that I don't think it was really having any negative effect.
It's definitely not unique to Maxxis tbf. I think it depends on the particular casing, exo, dd etc
