Cheers @Tom13 @Nef, you’re both right. Just need to get my head round putting money and time into it so i can shift it easily.
Values are decent but you do need to speculate to accumulate and it needs a couple of grand at least to finish to an easily sellable standard. Twice that if I want top dollar.
