Ebay tends to have lots of this kind of thing. Alternatives are Vinted, Preloved and Facebook Marketplace. Also Grailed and Farfetch and Vestiaire, though they have a bit more emphasis on upscale stuff.
Ebay is usually very reliable, because of seller ratings and ease of return/refund when something is not as described. But prices are usually a bit higher because sellers have to pay high fees.

Not sure what you mean by classic shape puffer but if you’re after a decent down jacket I’d rank RAB well above North Face.

In addition to the RAB suggestions, I would add in Haglofs, Montane, Marmot, Mammut, Mountain Hardwear, Patagonia or for max hypebeast points: Arcyteryx.
Ebay seem to always has decent stock of all these brands.
