just had a shit load of documents from solicitor to go through after weeks of chasing for them. I almost don’t want to utter the word ‘exchange’ but all 3 parties concerned are keen to get this done so maybe soon....
Edit: i forgot to mention the buyers broker/solicitor getting the address wrong on mortgage agreement meaning no valuation survey was booked for weeks and it meant going back up the lender chain because this cannot be changed easily FFS.
