This is a wonderful opportunity for someone. I had a fillet-brazed 853 Audax built by Dave and it was as good as it gets. I'd love to have it but I too am ... 'thinning out the stable'
I built this frame/bike for myself some years ago, it has been ridden twice. I need to thin out the "stable" and this forum seems the best place to start.
853 Pro Team 22"t/t 19" s/t (22" equivalent conventional) fillet brazed. It is built as a fixed/free drivetrain with a couple of extra fixed sprockets on a quick change mount and two brakes All the kit was new at the time of build. I can give a detailed spec to anyone who shows interest. Bearing in mind the frame at current prices would be around 1.8k I am looking for £ 500. The paint has a few scratches and scuffs so I can respray it and line the lugs etc for another £100
