  • Do you rate your gun? Was thinking about asking for a cheaper imitation for Christmas.

  • I do. I've found its effectiveness depends on timing; as long as I use it fairly quickly after a run/workout whilst muscles are still warm then it helps me recover a little quicker.

  • I don’t use it as much as I thought I would but on the flip side I’m nursing a long term tendon issue so have a vastly reduced exercise regime compared to when I bought it.
    For my tight calves there’s nothing quite like it (although a foam roller ain’t far off) and it’s great for self massaging the neck/shoulders/lower back when your partner is frankly useless. Allegedly.
